Information and Communication Technology

Information and Communications Technology (ICT) is responsible for the development, implementation and support of technology-based services that support the core functions of the University. It operates under the leadership of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), who provides strategic leadership and coordination of the University's information and communications technology resources.

There are a number of different channels available for the University to communicate with ICT. Staff can find support information, set-up guides and online forms on the Ask Sydney – ICT website and can log help requests through the ICT Self Service Portal. Staff who require urgent IT support should contact the ICT Helpdesk on 9351 6000.

Requests for new services or projects should be directed to the appropriate ICT Relationship Manager (UniKey needed to access page).
