| Records Online | All files and documents are managed via the University's corporate recordkeeping system, known as Records Online. | ||
| University Archives | The University Archives holds the administrative records of the University of Sydney as well as the records of institutions which have amalgamated with the University. |

| Policy Management Unit | The Policy Management Unit is a unit within the Office of General Counsel. It is responsible for developing and maintaining the University’s internal policy framework and managment of the University's Policy Register. |
