  • November 2012 – Project Approval granted by NSW Department of Planning & Infrastructure’s Planning Assessment Commission
  • February 2013 – demolition and services diversions complete
  • May 2013 – community consultation for pedestrian and bicycle access strategy
  • June 2013 – announcement of head contractor for Business School building
  • July 2013 – temporary access for Mandelbaum House, the Shepherd Centre and Boundary Lane Children’s Centre
  • August 2013 – excavation works commence on site. Rose Street & Boundary Lane permanently closed to traffic.
  • December 2013 – Shepherd Centre relocate to Burren Street, Newtown
  • December 2013 – announcement of Student Accomodation head constractor
  • March 2014 – Boundary Lane Children's Centre relocate to Burren Street
  • May 2014 – commence building façade
  • August 2014 – building structure complete ('topping off')
  • February 2015 – Business School construction complete
  • May 2015 – Student Accomodation construction complete
