Nikki completed her Master degree in Malaysia and worked as a tutor in the Department of Physics, University of Malaya during the course of her Master studies. Her master thesis was titled ‘synthesis and characterization of carbon nanotubes using hot filament chemical vapour deposition’.
Nikki is working with Dr. Julie M. Cairney, in collaboration with Dr. Gursel Alici and A/P Dr. Geoff M. Spinks (Faculty of Engineering, Wollongong University) on the development of micro/nanofabrication tool, and synthesis and characterisation of polypyrrole conducting polymer micro/nanoactuator.
