B.Sc. 2005, NWPU; M. Sc. 2007, ANU; M.Phil. 2009, ANU.
Stanley received his B.Sc. degree with the major of Materials Physics from the Northwestern Polytechnical University (China) and Master of Photonics degree from the Australian National University, Canberra, Australia, in 2005 and 2007, respectively. Then he joined the Department of Electronic Materials Engineering in Research School of Physics and Engineering at Australian National University to complete his M.Phil research program. He was working with Professor Jagadish on InP based QW Intermixing & integrated optoelectronics materials and devices.
Stanley is working with Dr. Rongkun Zheng and Prof. Simon P. Ringer on structure-property relationships in quantum dots and nanowires using advanced microscopy and microanalysis including Atom Probe Tomography.
