Penelope Pether is Professor of Law at Villanova University School of Law, where she teaches Comparative Constitutional Law, Constitutional Criminal Procedure, Criminal Law and Law and Literature in which she has an international profile as a scholar.
Having started her career as a practising solicitor at the Sydney office of Freehill, Hollingdale & Page, Penny is currently Professor of Law at Villanova University School of Law, where she teaches Comparative Constitutional Law, Constitutional Criminal Procedure, Criminal Law and Law and Literature in which she has an international profile as a scholar.
Her presentation will focus on the 'institutionalised unpublication' of decisions in US adjudication, that have resulted in systematic discrimination against the poor, the powerless, and those on the margins of the nation's life.
