Alexandra Croak

A gymnast-turned-diver, Alexandra Croak (BHlthSc (OT) ’10) MHlthSc (SexHlth) ’12) is only the fifth Australian female to become a dual Olympian in two different sports, competing in the artistic gymnastics at the Sydney 2002 Olympic Games and the diving at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

She is also the first ever Commonwealth Games athlete to achieve gold medals in two different sports, with gymnastics in Manchester in 2002 and diving in Delhi in 2010.

Whilst training and competing at an elite level in sport as an Australian Institute of Sport scholarship holder, Alexandra has also achieved success in her academia, completing her Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Health Science.

She has also dedicated her time as an Ambassador for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and the Australia Day Committee in 2011 and 2012 and Camp Quality from 2008–2011.
