The McConnel Drawings Collection.
Initially funded from a donation by McConnel,Smith and Johnson in memory of Kenneth McConnel, the collection now has 240 drawings dating back to the 1920s. The collection is based on student works and has two objectives - an archive for scholarly purposes and a teaching resource for future generations.
There are three main areas of work we wish to profile - artwork relating to architecture from the University's art collection, current student and staff work and the historical drawings from the McConnel Collection.
