Students may be unable to access University websites (including Canvas pages) when using the Vodafone network.
We have confirmed this is an issue with Vodafone. The impact includes Vodafone and related carriers: felix, iiNet, Kogan, Lebara, Lyca and TPG. We're currently working with Vodafone support to restore service.
Campus wireless access is unaffected so you can continue to access our sites by connecting your device to our Wi-Fi.

You need one to study in Australia, access your results and graduate. It’s your individual education identifier issued by the Australian Government.
Apply for a USI or check if you have an existing USI through the Government website. Once you have one, you need to provide it to us in Sydney Student (My details > Personal details). Find out more about creating your USI.
Your Semester 1 timetable is now available in Sydney Timetable. You’re able to review and make adjustments to your timetable up until 11.59 pm on 8 March.
We're giving your student website a fresh new look to make it easier to use and better to navigate. You'll start noticing updates from late November and throughout 2026 as we roll things out. Don't worry, nothing's disappearing. All your usual info will stay where you expect it while we make the improvements.
