The University holds information about its staff, students, graduates, members of the public and its functions. Below are some links for common requests received by ARMS.

Accessing other personal information

In accordance with NSW privacy law, the University does not disclose personal information it holds about its staff, students, graduates or members of the public to an external third party or organisation without the individual's express consent or where it is required or authorised by law.

Inquiries from solicitors, insurance company representatives or the police are to be directed to the University's Records Manager.

If you wish to serve a subpoena, warrant or other court order on the University, please contact the University's Proper Officer, who is currently the Records Manager.
