Section 6(5) of the Government Information (Public Access) Act requires that a record be kept of any open access information that is not publicly available on the basis of an overriding public interest against disclosure. Open Access Information is defined by section 18 of the Act as:

(a) the University' s current publication guide,

(b) information about the University contained in any document tabled in Parliament by or on behalf of the agency, other than any document tabled by order of either House of Parliament,

(c) the University's policy documents,

(d) the University's disclosure log of access applications,

(e) the University's register of government contracts

(f) the University's record (kept under section 6) of the open access information (if any) that it does not make publicly available on the basis of an overriding public interest against disclosure,

(g) such other government information as may be prescribed by the regulations as open access information.

The University has not made a decision that there is an overriding public interest against disclosure of any of its open access information. Should such a decision be made it will be recorded here.
