Privacy and the University
The University treats personal information in accordance with the NSW privacy legislation. Information about students or staff cannot be disclosed except in accordance with the Acts. In general this means the University must have consent from the individual concerned before information can be released, or that the release of the information is required in accordance with a law or legal instrument such as a warrant or subpoena.
It is possible to apply for access to, or to amend, personal information about you held by the University under the privacy legislation. Click on the Forms menu to the left.
