The American Studies Program is not part of the United States Studies Centre; for information on the Centre see its web site.

The American Studies program is administered in 2011-2012 is administered by the School of Philosophical and Historical Inquiry (SOPHI).

The School office is located located on Level 3 of the Main Quadrangle, near MacLaurin Hall. You may enter from the lift (ride to level three) or go up one flight of stairs and take the door to your right. You may also enter through the Brennan/MacCallum Buildings. In this case, take the lift or stairs to the sixth floor, turn left and walk through the large white doors, around the corner to the office.
