Video Conferencing Facilities

Arts Digital has two video conferencing rooms, both with the latest in video, audio and data conferencing facilities. These facilities are for the use of not just the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, and can be hired by both other faculties of the university as well as private organisations outside of the University.

After hours (8:00-9:00/17:00-18:00) $55/hour
After hours (18:00-8:00 + weekends) $100/hour
Optional conference supervision (free if afterhours) $35/hour

Recording (MPEG1 at video resolution onto DVD disk) $20

Single site use $75/hour
