Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences : Arts Digital : Web Team

The Arts Digital Web Team is responsible for co-ordination and development of the web presence of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Sydney. We seek to improve the Faculty web presence through innovation, using online tools such as job logging software, open source content management systems, database and information systems to ensure best practice standards for Faculty information both on and offline. We are currently working to improve the channels by which we gather metric data with which we will use to improve the quality, relevance and usability of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences web pages.

Updating Content

The web team can make changes to faculty, school and departmental web pages.

Interwoven Access and Training

If you need to make regular updates to a Faculty website you should request access to the University's Content Management System, Interwoven.

ICT requires that staff complete Interwoven training before they will give access to the CMS. Classes run often but it is usually a three to four week wait from deciding to do the training and for the next one to run.
