How to Apply

Before submitting an application, we encourage you to contact , Postgraduate Coordinator (Research), to discuss your planned program of research and how it fits with the Centre's research expertise and interests.

Once you have consulted with all applicants must submit their application via Sydney Student. It is expected that an application will also include two referee reports, transcripts from previous institutions (plus translations if not in English), and a research proposal of 1,500 words outlining the proposed area of research, methodology and bibliography. Student research must align with the overall research interests of the Centre, and admission is subject to the availability of an appropriate supervisor. Local students must submit proof of Australian or New Zealand citizenship. International students must also submit test scores demonstrating their proficiency in English and pay a $100 application fee.
