Thinking about a Career in High School Teaching?

Are you thinking about a career as an Ancient History or Classics teacher? In NSW high schools Ancient History continues to prove outstandingly popular. Latin and Ancient Greek are also firmly established as favourite subjects in public and independent as well as a growing number of primary schools. In October, the Department of Classics and Ancient History hosted a 'thinking about teaching?' event at which seven teachers or former teachers spoke articulately and passionately about their work. Find out why teaching in the field of Classics is so exciting.
