Congratulations to our Student Awards Recipients

28 May, 2013

On 16 May 2013, the School of Economics hosted its annual student awards night to recognise the outstanding academic achievements of our brightest students.

Prize winners and their families mingled with staff and Economics alumni in the Refectory of the Holme Building. With a welcome by Professor Duncan Ivison, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences the evening was presided over by Head of School Colm Harmon and prizes were presented by the staff members who have worked closely as teacher and mentor to the recipients.

Many of the prize winners are themselves tutors within the School and continue the strong tradition of mentoring our undergraduate students.
