Biographical details

Don began his employment at the University of Sydney in 1988. His major area of research at that time was the theory of international trade. Over time, his research interests have broadened to include industrial organization and more recently health economics. Don has published widely in all three areas and has publications in the Journal of International Economics, the International Journal of Industrial Organization, and the Journal of Health Economics. Recently he has finished a three year term as the Co-editor of the Economic Record, Australia's flagship economics journal. He has also been Head of the Economics Department (now School) of the University of Sydney.
