Biographical details
Katrien Stevens received her PhD in Economics from University College London in 2009. Her research interests are in the areas of labour economics and applied microeconometrics, She is currently working on issues like the career cost of children for females, the role of school starting age in child cognitive development, but also on gender differences in negotiation over pay and its impact on gender wage differentials.
