The Department of Germanic Studies regularly hosts interns from German and Austrian Universities. We also offer internships to graduates and international students. Interns are able to gain insight into the operations of the department. They also have the opportunity to observe classroom activities and assist our tutors in language classes. In addition, interns usually become involved in planning and conducting extra-curricular activities for students (for example: German Kultur Klub). Upon completion of the internship, the department provides the intern with a certificate (Praktikumsbescheinigung).
