Description
The books of the Hebrew Bible are studied in the light of their setting and their literary and linguistic features. The course consists of: set classical texts and special background area study, Dead Sea Scrolls Hebrew.
Assessments
2x1-hr exams (60%), assigned preparation of text for class [equivalent to 500wds] (10%), 1x2000wd essay (30%)
