Graduate Diploma in Arts (History)
A Bachelor degree with a major in ancient history or history or modern history.

Candidates for the Graduate Diploma in Arts (History) must complete 36 credit points (six units of study), comprising 1 core unit plus 5 electives from the History postgraduate course offerings.
All candidates may select units from outside their specialisation up to a maximum of half the course requirements. Units of study may be selected from other faculties as part of this amount to a maximum of 12 credit points for Master of Arts.
Freedom of Choice
History is a flexible program, and you can structure your study to suit your needs. Thus, you can study for a Graduate Certificate, and then apply to complete two more units of study for a Graduate Diploma in History, subject to approval by the academic coordinator.
