In the modern age, whichever nation's communication methods are most advanced , whichever nation's communication capacity is strongest, it is that nation whose culture and core values are able to spread far and wide, and that nation that has the most power to influence the world." In the last few months, we have seen a flurry of activity by the major powers to expand and strengthen state-funded international broadcasting activities. The talks looks at the challenges of developing a global voice in an increasingly cluttered and fragmented media market
