Jane has experience in the museum sector. She has worked as an Interpretive Officer at the Australian Museum. She has also worked for the education departments of the Australian Museum, the Macleay Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Art – as an educator and/or in the design of educational material. Presently, when Jane is not working as our Internship Officer, she works at the Australian Museum as an Education Officer.
Jane’s initial tertiary training was in Science and in Education, and she has previously worked as a scientist and as a high school science and mathematics teacher. She also has a strong and long-held interest in the arts, and in the visual arts in particular.
Jane is a graduate of our Museum Studies Program.
