News from the Holy Land
Theory and practice of reporting conflict

Free screening of this newly released
Peace Journalism Video

by CPACS partners:

Annabel McGoldrick and Jake Lynch

Screening of video starts 12.10 pm until 1.00 pm

Discussion 1- 1.45pm
Bring your lunch!
Will be shown at CPACS
Mackie Building room 102

Meet Annabel and Jake and dicuss the video and the ideas behind it.

Journalists Jake Lynch and Annabel McGoldrick made this film in 2004 to help
viewers analyse how conflict is reported. News from the Holy Land examines
the way the Israeli-Palestine conflict is presented by the media, and shows
different ways of reporting that help resolve, rather than escalate
conflict.
