Rick Benitez awarded a 2012 Office of Learning and Teaching Citation

Congratulations to Professor Rick Benitez from the Department of Philosophy, who has been awarded a 2012 Office of Learning and Teaching Citation for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning. The full citation reads: 'For outstanding contributions to learning both directly through research and support of students and indirectly through the leadership in teaching and learning'. The citation will be presented at a special ceremony at the University of Sydney on 25 September.
The Dean, Prof Duncan Ivison, said ‘This is yet another recognition of Rick's outstanding teaching performance – to go along 
with his recent 2012 Vice Chancellor's Award for Outstanding Teaching. I am very grateful for Rick's continued leadership as Pro Dean and his support in helping to build on a very proud tradition of teaching excellence in the Faculty. There is always more to do but it is equally important to recognise outstanding success.’
