Matt Farr achieved his PhD in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Bristol, UK, under the supervision of James Ladyman. Matt's primary research interests concern the role of the concept of time direction in physics and metaphysics, in particular relating to causation and scientific explanation. His broader research interests include the relationship between physics and metaphysics.
