Dr Sarah Colley
by the application of digital technologies in archaeology and cultural heritage. She is also involved in projects to create digital products and tools for archaeological research, information sharing and public communication. Her particular interests are sustainable digital archiving and video. As Senior Lecturer in Archaeology at the University of Sydney (1990-2012) Dr Colley’s research and teaching included Australian archaeology as well as aspects of archaeozoology (e.g. midden analysis, fish remains), public archaeology and cultural heritage management and archaeological theory and methods. Dr Colley relocated to the UK in late 2012 and runs her own consultancy company (SMC Research and Consulting). She holds Honorary research appointments at the University of Sydney, Australian National University and the University of Leicester and continues work on Australian projects via online collaboration.
