YOUNG ADULTS, ALCOHOL, CRIME AND RISK TAKING BEHAVIOURS ON- LINE SURVEY
You are participating in a research study conducted by Dr Deirdre Howard-Wagner (Socio-Legal Studies) and Dr Annette Falahey (Sociology of Alcohol Studies), Department of Sociology and Social Policy, School of Social and Political Sciences, at the University of Sydney.
This research seeks your participation in completing an on-line survey about young adults, alcohol, crime and risk taking behaviours.
The survey will take approximately 5 – 20 minutes to complete. You can exit the survey site at any time of your choosing. Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary. The project is designed to ensure that your identity remains confidential.

Participation in this study is completely voluntary – you are not under any obligation to consent. If you do participate, you can withdraw your consent and discontinue your participation at any time without prejudice.
Participating in the survey will be taken as consent that you agree to participate in this study. Since no identifying information will be collected in this study, once you have submitted your questionnaire, your responses cannot be withdrawn.
