Susan Wyndham is literary editor of The Sydney Morning Herald. She has been a journalist for more than 30 years and is the author of Life In His Hands: The True Story of a Neurosurgeon and a Pianist. She has edited an anthology of personal essays by Australian writers on losing a parent, which will be published in October by Allen & Unwin. Susan Wyndham graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English Literature.
