Sessional Teacher Orientation

The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences offers an orientation for new sessional staff tutoring at the undergraduate level or teaching in masters coursework programs. This orientation is paid as part of a staff member's first contract i.e. for new staff who have not previously completed the orientation or a teaching development program. The orientation provides the most necessary information and tips to get you started as a teacher in the tutorial or masters coursework environment.
