Directors and officers

Provides cover for the University plus its employees involved in managing the University, Fellows of Senate, directors of University companies and controlled entities, employees who are directors of external organisations at the behest of the University, members of University committees and the like, for expenses incurred in defending actions based on alleged negligence, default, and breach of duty or breach of trust by a director or officers. Cover is specifically excluded for actions arising from dishonesty, fraud or wilful misconduct.
