BMRI campus

Since 2004, the Brain & Mind Research Institute has expanded physically from 2000m2 to 15000m2. Financially, the initial investment of $3million of capital funding has now reached over $68million and, importantly, through competitive grants, private support and university funding we have seen the appointment of 12 new research professors.
The power of the BMRI concept is demonstrated by the level of funding for capital works from the NSW State and Federal Government, with the recent completion of the $6million Ken Parker Brain Research Laboratories (Commonwealth Government) and $16million Youth Mental Health Building (NSW State Government). The NSW State Government has recently announced a further $25million for the construction of a Brain & Mind Research Hospital.
