YODA-F: Early intervention with Omega-3 fatty acids ("fish oil") in youth depression

This study aims to investigate eicosapentanoic acid/docosahexaenoic acid (EPA/DHA) - the omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil - as an early intervention treatment for young people at risk of developing a persistent depressive or other psychiatric disorder. The study includes medical and psychological assessment and a program of cognitive-behavioural case management (CBCM) with a psychologist.
