Head of laboratory

Lab profile

Professor Steven Meikle and Associate Professor Roger Fulton together lead a team of 12 researchers developing the next generation of advanced instrumentation and computational methods for imaging the distribution and kinetics of radiopharmaceuticals in the body. These techniques are used by our collaborators testing new drugs and interventions in a wide variety of brain disorders, including neurodegenerative diseases, mood disorders and brain cancer. Together with the Banati and Kassiou labs, the Imaging Physics Laboratory forms the Sydney node of the National Imaging Facility (www.anif.org.au).
