The University of Sydney Business School offers students and alumni the opportunity tget involved locally or internationally through one of twexciting programs:
As a Business School representative you can:
- Share your University of Sydney experience with prospective students
- Encourage alumni and friends tstay in touch with the Business School by updating their details
- Build your personal and professional networks
- Further develop your interpersonal and language skills.
International Alumni Volunteer Program
A select group of international alumni whvolunteer their time tencourage offshore alumni and friends tstay connected with the Business School.
Alumni activities:
- Share your Business School experience with potential students at international exhibitions and Open Days in:
- Singapore
- Hong Kong
- Indonesia
- Vietnam
- Thailand
- Malaysia
- Assist with the planning and promotion of offshore Business School events
- Utilise social media tpromote local alumni activities
- Support existing international chapters where possible
- Contribute tthe Business School's alumni magazine - Sydney Business Connect]
- Become a member of the Business School's Alumni Network (BAN).
Requirements
- International Business School student in good academic standing and preferably in his/her final year and returning home post-study
- Strong written and spoken English
- Motivated, enthusiastic and dependable
- Contactable via email
- Committed tthe Business School and International Alumni Volunteer Program for the duration of one year
- Committed tattending local chapter meetings
- Involved in at least one campus club, sport or organisation is desirable.

Pre-alumni Ambassador
The University of Sydney Business School Pre-alumni Ambassador Program has been established tcreate awareness of alumni relations amongst current Business School students and tensure a smooth transition from student talumni status.
Alumni activities:
- Raise student awareness and generate interest in alumni relations by presenting tpeers at selected events
- Attend events tnetwork and promote alumni relations
- Encourage peers tattend Business School and University of Sydney alumni events
- Spread the word about alumni relations through word-of-mouth marketing
- Join the Student Alumni Association.
