Farewell Dean's Message - following 12 years as the faculty's Dean, Professor Peter Wolnizer is retiring from this position at the end of 2010 and reflects upon his time in the role and how he looks forward to maintaining his association with the University as an alumnus.
Message from the VC - Dr Michael Spence takes the opportunity to highlight to alumni the changes that will be taking place for the faculty in 2011 with the move of the Discipline of Economics, Graduate School of Government and Centre for International Security Studies to the newly named Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences. From 1 January 2011 the Faculty of Economics and Business will be formally constituted as a business school.
Building on our Foundations- Board of Advice member and alumnus, Terry Williamson (BEc '69 MBA '75), updates alumni on the progress being made for a new business school facility on the University of Sydney campus.
Change Agents - in his latest research, Professor Chris Wright (BEc Hons '86 and PhD '91) combines his passion for the environment with his area of expertise in organisational management to investigate how Australian organisations are responding to climate change.
A credit to the faculty - we take the opportunity to acknowledge the tremendous work of the faculty's Dean, Professor Peter Wolnizer, in his role over the past 12 years.

Chambers acknowledged - eminent Professor, Ray J Chambers, Foundation Professor of Accounting at the University of Sydney named as an inaugural inductee to the Australian Accounting Hall of Fame.
