| Description | Drawing upon the knowledge and skills you have developed from other units in the project management specialisation you will examine the different requirements for strategy and operations oriented projects. You will enhance your understanding and experience of real work projects by undertaking structured assessments of historical projects in a variety of contexts based upon the components of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). You will also learn how PMBOK is applied currently in industry - including a presentation from a project management expert practitioner. The unit culminates in you developing a project charter and undertaking project planning in a business setting of relevance to your interests. |
