Building and Maintaining a Professional E-Image

As social media platforms and online forums become increasingly powerful in recruitment and career development online image management is a skill emerging leaders need to master.
This session will be led Dr Kristine Dery from The University of Sydney Business School. Dr Dery's research explores the impact of technology on the workplace, and in this master class will discuss her insights from recent research into the role of social media in recruitment, examining the way in which industry leaders are using Twitter and the role for technology in the management of talent. Dr Dery has also been assessing the role of mobile device connectivity and she will outline the challenges today's workforce face managing multiple IT devices.
The session will also include an interactive workshop with Christine Bishop, Managing Director of Corporate Social Media, who specialises in the areas of social media, strategic marketing and business strategy.
