As social media platforms and online forums become increasingly powerful in recruitment and career development online image management is a skill emerging leaders need to master.

Dr Dery's research explores the impact of technology on the workplace, and in this master class will discuss her insights from recent research into the role of social media in recruitment, examining the way in which industry leaders are using Twitter and the role for technology in the management of talent.
