Caroline Burns B.Arch.Studies, University of Adelaide and B.Bus in Property (Val), University of South Australia. Caroline has worked at Woods Bagot Architects and Jones Lang LaSalle (global real estate advisers) and on client projects in Australia, Singapore and Indonesia and also run her own business for 10 years.

Caroline is undertaking a PhD by research part time in the Discipline of Work and Organisational Studies and hopes the results of her research will add to the body of knowledge in business management regarding corporate real estate.

"I investigated a number of business schools as I was keen to explore corporate real estate as an organisational resource (within a management context) rather than through the traditional lens of architecture/built environment. I was very keen to be accepted at Sydney University as the Faculty has such a good reputation. My supervisor is fantastic and I have generally found the other senior staff and administration within the Discipline of Workplace and Organisational Studies to be very supportive and understanding".
