"My main motivation for undertaking a PhD in the Faculty of Economics and Business was the desire to get a doctoral degree from one of the top universities in Australia and more so because I was offered the Faculty of Economics and Business Scholarship to pursue my PhD. I see a culture of excellence in research at the Faculty of Business and Economics. The environment in the Faculty of Economics and Business is very conducive for research students and very supportive and flexible".

"One of the challenges is trying to keep up to date with massive literature in my research area and trying to narrow down to a manageable project when I started. However I have managed to overcome this with help from my supervisors".

Ronita is supervised by Sid Gray.
