Professor Jules Goddard

Professor Jules Goddard is currently a Fellow of London Business School, where he has worked with Professors Gary Hamel and Julian Birkinshaw over the past two years to set up The Management Lab (MLab). The aim of The MLab is to experiment, in partnership with chosen clients, with radically different ways of managing talent and organising work. Formerly the Gresham Professor of Commerce at the City University, he was educated at University College, Oxford (MA), The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (MBA), and London Business School (PhD). After a successful career in advertising, Jules now focuses on designing, directing and teaching senior-level, enterprise-wide transformational programmes for many companies, including one third of the FTSE 100. His particular areas of interest are business creativity, strategic innovation, and leadership skills.
