Internet of things: The path to improved benefits realization

The objective of this Thesis at a high level will be to be to analyze the current state of IOT and to look at a number of successful and not so successful projects through field research. Through this field research and appropriate secondary research, the author will develop models for IOT benefits realization, then make a number of recommendations to improve project success and benefits realization going forward based on those models. These would include (but not be limited to) improvements in IOT project structure, methods and processes, people aspects and technology in terms of standards and the lack thereof.
