Biography: Federico A. Bettini Ph.D (CEO, Aizoon Australia). Aizoon is a Science and Technology Company specialised in the end-to-end capabilities of digital transformation. Aizoon has representative offices in Europe, the USA and Australia and employs more than 700 engineers globally. Aizoon’s core capabilities are in the areas of Operational Technology (OT) , Information Technology (IT), Cyber Security and Data Driven Innovation.

Federico is currently Chief Executive Officer at Aizoon Australia, he has a Ph.D with the University of Bologna. His professional experience ranges from large multinational corporates through to applied research and commercialisation in Europe and Australia, including roles with McCain, George Weston Foods and Lion Co.

Federico has an innovative approach to digital transformation and business in general, and he always brings a different perspective to the table. He is passionate about building capabilities and developing leaders for the future.

Abstract: Digitalisation and the phenomenon of digital transformation is fundamentally changing existing businesses and organisations. Executives in charge of leading digital transformation need to understand how digitalisation affects top management leadership and business models.

New leaders will be asked to acquire a complete new set of core capabilities, use new tools and follow different leadership perspectives such as holism, virtuality and networked-based hubs.
