Chi-Hong Tsai received his Master of Transportation Engineering in National Taiwan University. He completed his Master thesis based on the analysis of the economic and financial behaviour of Taipei Mass Rapid Transit. He joined ITLS in 2010 as a PhD student and his supervisors are Professor Corinne Mulley and Dr Geoffrey Clifton. Chi-Hong's PhD research focuses on the interaction between public transport demand and land use characteristics, and the investigation of short-run and long-run public transport demand elasticities. His research interests include public transport planning and modelling, transport economics, and econometrics of panel data analysis.
