Summary of feedback from previous students, tutors and others teaching into the unit.

Summarise improvements made.

For example:

  • A new textbook is being used to maintain the integration together with the relevancy and updates of the current practices in the emerging field of BPM and process modelling.
  • One comprehensive business process management/modelling tool, available for free is being used throughout the semester.
  • Assessment task workload has been re-distributed to ensure consistency across the tasks throughout the semester.

Indicate how feedback on the unit of study is sought including through the unit of study evaluation form but also through brief mid-semester feedback processes etc.
