Learning from experience
In your final meeting, take some time to reflect on the quality of your team processes and experience - discuss what you have each learnt from the process and how you might use this learning experience to grow as an individual and also how to improve your performance in your future team context.
Did the group function well?
What aspects made it function well (or not function well)?
What could have been improved in the way you all worked together?
Are there other strategies your group could have employed to:
- generate ideas?
- improve peer interactions?
- improve meetings?
- improve the final report or presentation?
Could we have used a more effective leadership approach?
Could I have behaved differently to help the group more?
