Business School Honours Top Partner
12 Apr 2012
The University of Sydney Business School has honoured one of its key partners with a special award presented on 11 April, 2012.
Life Without Barriers, a non-government, not-for-profit organisation involved in providing disability support services across Australia, was formally recognised for its invaluable contributions to a wide range of the school's corporate engagement activities and its Master of Management program.
Business School Dean, Professor Geoffrey Garrett, was present at the ceremony, which was also attended by a Life Without Barriers delegation including CEO and Business School alumni Claire Robbs, as well as senior Business School academics.
"The contribution of Life Without Barriers to the Business School's activities over the past few years has been invaluable," says Master of Management Academic Program Director Dr Nigel Finch. "Throughout our partnership, we've worked together on a range of different projects and have had the opportunity to place our students within the organisation to work a variety of live business problems. It's been a fantastic experience."
