New Dean Commences

Professor Geoffrey Garrett commences his tenure as Dean of the University of Sydney Business School today.
A former President of the Pacific Council on International Policy in Los Angeles and Dean of the UCLA International Institute, Professor Garrett has also held academic appointments at Oxford, Stanford and Yale Universities and the Wharton School.
Named as one of The Australian newspaper's "Top 50 Most Influential People in Education 2012", he is also a frequent media commentator on global business, economics and politics.
Professor Garrett will also continue in his role as CEO of the United States Studies Centre until October.
